Beats & Services
If you suffer from a sense of entitlement and do not value the hard work of others, consider this:
Each beat that we offer took many years of hard work and dedication to create. We had to learn our craft, invest time and money and face hardships to get to this stage.
If you want something of value you have to earn it or pay for it.
All of our beats are protected. This protects our hard work against abuse from unscrupulous audio thieves and allows us to prepare a watertight legal case against abusers.
Don’t get caught stealing, if you can afford a computer and an internet connection, you can afford beats.
When you lease a beat you are basically paying a small fee to license that beat for a limited use. You do not own that beat but you have the right to use it for certain purposes. The beat will still be available for others to lease unless you buy an ‘exclusive’ license. Click here to see exactly what you can do with a lease license.
When you purchase an exclusive license you essentially take over full ownership of that beat. Copyright is transferred to you and all usage restrictions are lifted. This allows you to use the beat in any way you see fit. You will be given a signed ‘transfer of ownership’ agreement when your order has been checked and accepted. The beat will no longer be available for our customers to lease. Stems (multi-track audio masters) will also be provided in WAVE format.
- When you lease a beat from liquidbeats you will be able to download your beat in WAVE and MP3 formats, depending on the license.
- WAVE files offer the highest quality at 24 bit, stereo.
- MP3 files are high quality 320 kbps, stereo.
- Stems are provided to clients who purchase the track-outs to a given beat.
Yes. If you need a custom remix or an alteration to the beat we can handle this for you for a small fee. The cost depends on the beat and the changes that you need.

Credits
Production credit must be given to liquidbeats.de in text format. Text format must be included in all digital distribution meta data like youtube title or description and printed material.
Changes
You may not change the structure of a purchased liquidbeats beat. We can change the beat for a small fee, just send us a message.
Transfer
You may not transfer, resell, re-license or assign the beat license to another party without our explicit permission.
Synch
If you are lucky enough to land a synchronization license deal for TV or movie productions you must contact us to negotiate the synch fee.
We are happy to work with our clients on synch deals and offer a fair service in the interests of you the licensee and us. In most cases a 50/50 split of the synch fee is appropriate.
Exclusive License
None of the above applies if you have purchased an exclusive license. With exclusive licenses there are NO restrictions.
More details about those restrictions are written down in the license agreement. But these are the general points.
Yes. When you buy a beat from our site you’ll be able to download a file which does not have the voice over. You can download WAVE or MP3 files (depending on your license) immediately after ordering.
When licensing from liquidbeats.de you get the beat(s) and license(s) agreement plus a ton of dope content when signing up to our newsletter, including knowledge from years of experience in music production, mixing, recording techniques as well as insider knowledge like acoustics or technics.

No, it is not allowed to change the structure of the beat. But you can change a 3 verses beat to a 2 verses Beat by simply cutting one verse and hook. It is not allowed to add extra instruments to a beat like 808 bass or other instruments with melodies. If you got some ideas, shoot us a message, we`re happy to get your input!

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software to ensure best security possible. The encrypted information of your order, your name or address cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail containing the order and the link(s) to your download(s).
After the order has been processed and the payment is completed, you get informed about your completed Payment and get full access to all purchased products.
Orders via pre-payment (Vorkasse) and payment in advance are sent out on the day we receive the payment.
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. Yes. You can access your invoice in your Liquidbeats Account after successful and completed purchase.
The access to your purchased Products depends on your payment method. Paypal and Credit card, Sofort and giropay are the fastest ways to pay. After successful payment you got instant access to your purchased products.
When using Rechnung, paypal transfer or other methods that need to be transfered from your bank account it normally takes about 2 – 7 days, depending on your bank until you got access to your products.

After successful payment you will get access to your files instantly.
The files i.e. downloads are accessable in your account.
Beats are delivered in wav or mp3 format, depending on your license.
Bundles are delivered in zipped files (High Quality WAV)
When purchasing a bundle you get a zipped file.
To unzip the file you can use 7zip (Win), izip (Apple) and winzip (android).
YES. If you ran out of downloads, you can request new downloads here: Support.

If your order is not completed yet please check your payment method: Payments in advance can take some days to complete.
If your payment is completed and successful but you cant see your files contact the support with your order number.
